RSA Global partners with Careem Quik to deliver faster quick-commerce solutions to UAE customers

RSA Global, an e-commerce logistics
specialist in MENA and India, has partnered with Careem Quik to bring even more
efficiency to the rapid grocery delivery service’s fulfillment and delivery in
the UAE. The partnership links Careem Quik’s dark store network across Dubai,
Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain together via a centralized distribution center.
Over the years, Careem has expanded its on-demand services through its super app to simplify customers’ lives, from pioneering ride-hailing services in the region to leading the next generation of delivery services in the UAE including their ultrafast grocery delivery solution, Quik.
Careem Quik utilizes a network of dark stores to provide a faster and more reliable grocery delivery experience relative to traditional e-commerce services. The service was launched in response to the increased demand for rapid grocery delivery driven by the global pandemic. It caters to customers that prefer extremely convenient and speedy grocery shopping services where they can get their goods delivered within 10 to 30 minutes.

Careem’s super app makes it possible for consumers to get their everyday essentials with a click of a button, and we wanted to offer the same efficiencies to Careem through our Click Ecosystem.”

Quick commerce, as the term suggests, is an enhanced and faster version of traditional e-commerce, made possible by a wide network of hyperlocal dark stores. This segment is one of the fastest-growing sectors in MENA, which is expected to grow to $20 billion by 2024. Since launching in 2021, Careem Quik has grown by more than 30X across Dubai[1] , with plans to expand across other Emirates in the coming months.
