RSA Global opens office in Hong Kong to strengthen service capabilities for its China-UAE trade lane customers

RSA Global, UAE based digital freight forwarding and supply chain management company, recently opened its first Asia office in Hong Kong. The office will oversee the company’s strategic development in HK and Mainland China capturing the rapidly growing business opportunities for the China-UAE trade lane. An own presence in Hong Kong enables RSA Global to offer enhanced end-to-end air and sea freight solutions, storage of goods, local distribution, and e-commerce solutions to and from the Middle East Region, where the demand for cross border e-commerce is just starting to pick up. With estimations indicating that e-commerce in the Middle East will reach US$ 28 billion by 2022, and China already being the world’s largest e-commerce market, RSA Global puts strategic focus on the development of e-commerce freight business between the two markets.

“We are extremely excited about our new office location in Hong Kong. China is the UAE’s most important partner in terms of trade with a growth rate of 81% over the last 10 years. Hence, entering China’s dynamic market was just a matter of time”, said Abhishek Ajay Shah, CEO and Co-Founder of RSA Global. He further added: “With the Expo 2020 coming up next year having resulted in several strategic agreements between the UAE and China facilitating trade, doing it now seems to be the right moment.”

Besides offering freight services between Hong Kong and the UAE, RSA Global also provides shipping services from China to other countries worldwide such as to the US, Africa and Europe thanks to a well-established network of partners.

“The fast growth of e-commerce increasingly requires you as a 3PL logistics provider to reach every part of the world. In order to do so, it is crucial to have the right partner network and technology in place enabling the best customer experience possible”, Abhishek claimed.
