FAQs
What type of goods can be stored in a warehouse in Dubai?
Dubai's warehouses accommodate an exceptionally broad range of goods. General dry and ambient warehouses handle consumer electronics, retail merchandise, FMCG products, industrial components, auto parts, and construction materials. Temperature-controlled facilities cater to fresh produce, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood and confectionery. Specialised chemical logistics warehouses are equipped to handle hazardous and non-hazardous liquids and chemicals in compliance with UAE regulations. Open-yard storage is available for oversized project cargo, automobiles, and heavy equipment. RSA Global's multi-facility network across Dubai covers all of these categories under one provider.

Can I rent warehouse space for a short period only?
RSA Global offers flexible warehousing arrangements to suit businesses of all sizes and needs. Whether you require short-term storage during a seasonal peak, a product launch, or a transitional period, or you need a long-term dedicated facility, we can structure an agreement that fits your timeline and volume. Our shared-user warehouse model means you are not locked into capacity you do not need, you scale up or down as demand changes. Speak to our team to discuss the right arrangement for your business.
Are your warehouses in the Jebel Ali Free Zone?
Yes, RSA Global operates warehouse and cold storage facilities in Dubai, with access to both bonded and non-bonded storage options. Our cold chain facility offers a customs-bonded warehouse, allowing clients to defer import duties and taxes until goods leave the bonded zone, making it ideal for re-exporters and businesses with regional distribution requirements. For specific location queries or to find the facility best suited to your cargo type and destination, our logistics team is available to guide you.
Is your warehouse system integrated with freight services?
Yes. RSA Global's technology infrastructure connects warehouse management directly with transportation and freight operations. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides real-time inventory visibility, lot and batch tracking, and cycle-count accuracy, while our Transport Management System (TMS) handles shipment planning, carrier allocation, and live tracking. This end-to-end integration means stock movements, outbound orders, and freight bookings are coordinated seamlessly, reducing manual hand-offs, improving delivery accuracy, and giving you a single data view across your supply chain.
How are warehouse rates determined?
Warehouse pricing depends on several factors including the type of storage required (ambient, chilled, frozen, or open yard), the volume or pallet positions needed, the duration of storage, the frequency and complexity of inbound and outbound handling, and any value-added services such as labelling, repacking, or cross-docking. RSA Global tailors commercial proposals to reflect your specific cargo profile and operational requirements rather than applying a one-size-fits-all rate card. Contact our team with your product details and estimated volumes for a customised quotation.
How Does Warehouse Management Affect Supply Chain Management?
Effective warehouse management is the engine of a well-functioning supply chain. When inventory is received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, it reduces order errors, prevents stock-outs and overstock situations, and shortens the time between a customer placing an order and receiving it. RSA Global's WMS supports real-time inventory visibility, FIFO and FEFO rotation for perishables, and detailed reporting, giving supply chain managers the data they need to make informed procurement, replenishment, and distribution decisions. Poor warehousing, by contrast, creates ripple effects that delay deliveries, inflate costs, and erode customer confidence.
