Simon brings with him an extensive experience and passion in developing teams, which has been one of his major strengths behind the accomplishment of several transformational projects resulting in process improvement, optimized performance, and ultimately, business growth for the customers. Over the years, he has directed the logistics operations of numerous e-commerce accounts and has launched a number of successful start-up operations as well as tech implementation projects. His experience working from the largest Middle Eastern markets such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain positions him as an insightful and experienced leader who can take off the operations of international brands and sellers as they expand into this emerging regional market.
